Result of the survey of online shopping behaviour

The people from whom questions were asked were mainly interested in the buying of clothes. In regard of the online buying conduct the people have selected those items which they considered that they have best quality. These items contain mobiles, televisions and laptops. The main thing which many people told why they prefer the online trading was that the product price was in their limit. The shop which was visited mostly by the buyers was the homeshoping.pk. They discovered that this shop has the fewer prices on the goods as compared to other shops and the price of the products was less than the wholesale shops. One of over interviewer told us that he found a TV in a shop near his home and the price of that TV was 38000 while the price of the same TV in sadder was 36000 and the price at daraz.pk was 42000 which was the highest. But the consumer bought it through the online shop homeshopping.pk at a very low price of 32000. When the person was asked that the fewer prices could make any hesitation in his mind, he replied that he was feeling satisfactory about the material of the TV because he has made the purchases from the same store previously also.  As the probability of the online trading was related, the person said that as he has to give the money when he receives the money so he was feeling satisfactory.  When the person was asked about other vendor such as readymade clothes or footwear so he replied that he wants to check them before he could buy online. When the person was told that if such type of software could be developed that it allows you to check the footwear size and other requirements so you will buy it directly so he replied that he will buy it online.
1)      The vendor that a customer requires would be identical at every online shop
2)      The market in Karachi in which electronic devices are selling on whole sale rate.               
 The trust of some people could be explained in the following lines
1)      Price is the most important factor.
2)      Telebrand.com provides good on low price
3)      Cyber teleshop  provides good on the rates which are lesser then sadder
4)      Daraz.pk provides goods on over price
5)       The facility provided is also an important factor.
6)      Telebrand provides good quality of vendors.
7)      Trade through the internet is more facilitating
8)      To give money when a good is received is very important.
When we argued for a long time with a person so we suggest that the price is the most important aspect in their mind setting to buy a thing from a shop   and the price and standard of the good were directly proportional.
The conduct of the people could be explained in the following lines.
1)      I select only the good quality vendors primarily the electronics.
2)      I have selected three mobiles, one TV and a laptop.
3)      He has bought all the items from the home shopping, pk.
4)      To buy garments from the online store is not my preference.
5)      It takes my 3 or 4 hours to look for the clothes.
6)      When I want to buy the clothes I want to check them and also check their material.
7)      If the facility is provided to me to check and is given in a cheap price so I can also buy the clothe from the online stores.
8)      I satisfy myself about the prices of the products by checking them on Google or a shop near to me or checking them in the sadder.

9)      First of all I take out the vendor I want to purchase and then check its price.
